As early as 1975 Kermi was already one of the leading and most advanced companies in the steel panel radiator field.The first fully automatic production lines as well as the first low-temperature radiator - Kermi was often one step ahead. Not least thanks to far-sighted diversification. For example the shower enclosure field that was established in 1976 soon became an important part of the growing Kermi success.

1960 Kurt Kerschl founds the company Kermi OHG to produce heating oil tanks.
1967 Kermi starts the production of steel panel radiators becoming one of the leading European manufacturers in this sector.
1976 The business field 'shower enclosures' is developed. Here again, Kermi has become one of the leading European manufacturers thanks to the continuous expansion of the product range.
1987 Introduction of the NT 2000 V compact radiator with integrated valve fittings.
1994 Start of the production of bathroom and design radiators.
2005 Launch of the Therm X2 with innovative, energy-saving X2 technology.
2010 The sanitary field is expanded to include the shower space business field.
